Everyday about 10-15minutes with timer, you sit with straight spine, observe your breath, feelings inside your body, some sounds around you, but breath is most important, everytime you start thinking aout some bullshit your brain gives you, back to the breathe, count it if it helpsI am with you, although I don't really know how to meditate.
