Everyone is diff but what I do is take a nootropic (Selank) and force myself to go to a library. When im at home theres too many distractions etc but at library/on campus I feel like im forced to study.

Went through the same situation in HS bhai. Working in a different environment with other people that are studying somehow gets me motivated/ focused
