I'm leanmaxxing at 1500 rn but maitenence is like 2100
I'm staying lean until graduation even though it's rape victim weight tier
Was lifting with my boy and told him what I weigh (we close asf I don't gotta worry about telling muh normies) and he didn't even believe me I had to show him the scale
More size will be insane for my genetics
I'm gonna try a "ketobulk" at first jfl
Only 65grams of carbs and everything else will be protein and fat
It's not hard to adhere to tbh but I wanna see if I can gain strength without carbmaxxing so at first I'll do even less and track my lifts meticulously
I could just eat more carbs it'd prob be better for gaining muscle but being lean makes me a different person it feels so good
I'm thinking 250grams protein, 60 grams carbs, 200 grams of fat.
Seems like a shit ton of fat I could increase the protein and lower it
Or go up to 100grams carbs, this should be fine if I'm getting good carbs and putting them to use with consistent lifting
I need to be 135 in 2 months
Then I'll cut to 115 hopefully i can maintain 115 semi lean it shouldn't be hard
I've never lifted for more than 2 months consistently jfl
And did that twice, maybe 3 times in the last 4 years
Besides that the training in between was negligible
