When you start smoking, ur gonna feel disgusted, but that's just the start. Force yourself to smoke everyday at least 5 cigs at the start and when you feel it just a little less disgusting then upgrade to 8 a day, if the 8 a day feel easy or like you could easily smoke more, smoke till you can't anymore. You gotta push thru the start to get to the peak of smoking
