Eat lean meats (such as chicken, turkey, fish) and green vegetables (such as broccoli, green beans, spinach, and salad). Drink water and make sure its filtrated, regular tap water and fridge water won't cut it (you can see if your water is infected with chemicals if you leave it out for 1-3 days on a counter, if it begins to bubble that means its not safe to drink).
