anything that makes your blood vessels dilate makes them redder 100% because the stratum corneum of the lips is much thinner of that in the skin

when i drink wine my lips look better, so there are solutions

I do it when I’m out of the house
Good for removing dead skin
Make sure you apply chapstick or smth after otherwise they can dry up tho
