i think its finally time i start prioritizing my looks again, im back at square one, and after 2-3 months of eating slop and doing nothing.
my current plan is to do strict water fasting for 3-4 days and do so every other week and in between weeks be in a caloric deficit and in those days im not fasting. and skin scare as well as eating cleaner which is about it.
hoping to see improvements by end of december maybe sooner
tips would be nice.
