ur midface is honestly wide already, ur esr and lower jaw width is whats badAsked the community what I could improve on and apparently my mid face is pretty bad and something that could fix it is MARPE I’m gonna come back to this post to do a before and after and see if this at least improves something. If there’s anything else I can do to improve or should know before doing this please let me know in the replies
Thanks for the reply but people were saying my mid face isn’t projected well and is there anything to do to help with that?
Marpe won’t project your midface only widen it. Projection is fixed with lefort or facemask.

I don’t think it is in your case. Like the other guy Siid you do have a wide midface. Do you have any occlusion issues or a narrow palate??
I’m not for sure but my tongue feels too big for my palate it like presses against my front teeth a bit and towards the back I have braces right now but I’m not sure if that fixes it
Braces may widen the arch but not the palate. From what you say you do prolly have a narrow palate, I’d ask your braces ortho about it. But I don’t think marpe would benefit you aesthetically
