Im currently 5'11 and 70kg, bf 15%, I have naturally a good frame with decent clavicles and thin waist whitouth gymcelling
My friend said he gained 6kg running this shit for 3 weeks, which is massive, I would be very happy with 76kg
In the beginning of the year I gymcelled for 3 months and had very good results, went from 69kg to 73 all natty with 15% bf, but I lost everything because of depression + gyms closed
