Omad 400 cals give solution
Btw I don't recommend this, a slower cut is significantly better doing it in ur teenage years can stunt your growth and you'll lose a lot of muscle and won't be able to train hard! Best way is to go in a 500 cal deficit from ur maintenance keeping ur protein and carbs high @choppedcel2
whats the best way to approach this
if ur past development go for it but tbh i still wouldnt recommend it cuz keep in mind u have to keep the weight off. if you just lose it by somethign thats not sustainable like starving youll just gain it all back. you need to have a healthy lifestyle not diet that way you can keep the weight off for ever

but if u dgaf and just wanna keep it off for some reason, buy reta, keep urself busy, make sure youre getting electrolytes so you dont pass out and have energy, maybe some zero sugar soda drinks sometimes so youre not too hungry, and if u have energy get atleast 10k steps a day and youll burn a lot more calories

im tired of everyone warning me about starving during “teen years” i used to be lean before listening to advice here, then i started eating at my recommended calories, now im a fat chud and i still haven’t grown an inch over several months, it’s all genetics cope. im gonna starve myself anyways

One meal a day, eat a specific time in the day so you won't get hungry the rest of the day currently im eating at around 2-3 PM Everyday Meal: 2 Scrambled eggs with spinach, and on the side i have fruits, blueberries, cantloupe, cucumbers, sometime strawberrys and get steps in June 26th i was 160 LB Today August 11th i'm 134 i went on a trip so i did gain some weight but i would be less if i didn't attend but i've been walking 10k steps minimum eating less than 1k cals you gotta eat like a little kid and i'd only eat higher than 1k cals if youre burning more but if you get hungry after i suggest eating small calorie meals , i usually eat ricecakes almonds, cashew but be careful as nuts are calorie dense

How old are you, and also calories don't determine the quality of food ur eating, js go gym while maintaining a healthy diet with a slight deficit to reduce bf
