Go to sleep early.

I need to learn lots of the topics though
Your testosterone, cortisol and thyroid hormones, muscle recovery, brain recovey are more important than some words on a paper.

Well maybe but this test partially determines my future

Just go through the book thoroughly that it

Any tips?
Turn your study sessions into writing exercises you’ve created yourself instead of cramming everything into your head. You’ll retain information better through writing than just reading. Make sure to take breaks, and quickly review everything the next morning, your memory works best right after waking up, especially if you studied the night before.

I'm good at Chemistry and speaking from experience all I ever did before Chem exams was just go through the book in detail and memorise everything and it barely takes me an hour usually to finish a chapter in Chemistry.
And make sure to practice sample questions or whatever reference book or practice book you have or your institution has provided you

I was planning on doing that, I have a few chapters to cover so it won’t be that bad as. Thanks for the advice.
