From tommorow I'm gonna stop taking
ritalin IR (methylphenidate) for my ADHD
It makes me super depressed and anxious when it crashes and only gives me focus for like 1 hour then crashes
I've tried getting good sleep + protein and carbs around the time I take ritalin
It helped me pass my igcses but makes me numb and not feel like myself
Idk how long it's gonna take to recover from this but I just feel super depressed and low
Anyone got similar experiences?
