just eat carbs and sugars theory, then take a furosemide next day.
A lot of the carbs and sugars u ate will mainly convert into water weight and combine with water. If u just flush it out u will go down weight theory and eat like shit jfl.
Im not sure if this is good for u but in march i would take a furosemide to mog and go out with friends and then come back home and devour an entire pizza.
