100% agree. Oneitis pill (for me at least) is a girl i find pretty, but who I can also engage with intellectually and emotionally.A good personality adds love to looks.

I don't like it. Why not do a push/pull split? You can do the leg exercises on pull day (back and legs both don't take much volume). Do side laterals on both of the push days and rear delts both pull days. Or 3x/wk fullbody.
