i tried it before and it lowkey worked i started coming outside my body and floated up to my ceiling but then got too excited and woke up

goodluck i suffer from sleep paralysis and i always lucid dream to escape it sleep paralysis helps you with this astral projection and lucid dreaming stuff so you should try getting sleep paralysis for the best results
