I’ve been doing this for a year now. The ascension was definitely worth the work I put into it. I also think I timed everything really well/lucky though cause I got more results then a lot of people.

Tldr every pulling method possible (even inventing methods) for multiple hours a day, bone smash, major diet changes, gym sauna and fasted sprinting. Those are all the most helpful but also every other soft max that you can think of I’ve tried.
