Has anyone tried both salvia and dmt? I've only done salvia, had a few interesting trips on it but the last one I had I was in hell, it was the worst shit ever. Makes me apprehensive to try dmt even though I would like to.

From the time you get your first inhale, to when you "blast off", you have roughly 8 to 12 seconds, so try to inhale deep, and fast, pretty much four to five times deep.

I would say make sure to eat something a few hours earlier, and chances are you'll smoke it, so less likely to throw up, so I wouldn't stress about that. I wouldn't do it around friends though the first time, since the first time will be very special. Get ready to come out of the experience as a new person with a new outlook on life, for at-least the next two weeks of life. I would recommend doing it in a pitch black room on your bed, make sure to have the pen/bong somewhere you can toss/put it quickly and that it won't break.
