It's neotenous and undeveloped, more like a kid or teen's face, I need more growth, I modified it in a 3D face app to turn it into a Chad's face and I don't need just "a few millimeters of bone", but more like dozens of millimeters to look decent, I would have to get almost every possible surgery - a bimax, then jaw, zygomatic and brow ridge implants, then nose reshaping and mouth widening to get the right facial proportions and harmony, etc.

I don't know, I'm also 5'5 so combined with the undeveloped face it's hard to be taken seriously as a man, it was already very difficult for me during my teen years, in high-school and college, but after that things became simply impossible, being short and looking like a teen in adulthood makes you basically invisible.

He is short(5'7)...And not very good looking, pretty skinny, he also started to get bald early...He also married in his late 30s, so basically at a very old age for those times, today he would be an incel. My mother also married late, I think they were both pretty much two unwanted people who couldn't find anyone else, so they got together for lack of any other choices.
