Good Accutane progress?

This was my skin before accutane

And this is my skin on Accutane 20mg for 1 month

My derm told me i should get 20mg for 1 more month, the 3rd month if i can handle it, he will make me use 30mg.
I heard zeta saying 20mg accutane for straight 6 months is best, should i tell this to my derm?
Also my acne scars are hard to fade away?

did you notice any hair lose or other side effect,going to also start accutane

Yeah i notice some hair loss but its micro like 7 - 8 strand of hair weekly. (My derm said its temporary)
Also my lips and skin is very dry u must use moisturizer for ur skin and lips
thats all side effects
(honestly idk if my minimal hair loss was because of accutane because i feel like i was losing my hair like 7 - 8 strand of hair weekly before i use accutane too so idk not sure)

i mean the ideal total accutane dosage is dependent on your weight, so there's no single dosage that'll work for everybody. you need to reach a good-enough total dose so that the acne doesn't come back. if you're not getting any bad sides i'd stay on for 5 months or however long your derm suggests
