Does R perform Lf2?

He’s performed Lefort 2/3 on syndrome deformed patients but I don’t think he’s ever performed it aesthetically. Besides I don’t want to get a lefort 2 or 3, I want a modified lefort 3 which achieves nearly the same result without a high risk of complications.

Any surgeons who’s performed a Lefort 2 or 3 should also be able to performed a MLF3 and I’ve been researching Dr. Sins MLF3 which was offered cosmetically so I can explain it comprehensively to a surgeon.
