These are just man-made terms and labels that don't exist or matter in the grand scheme of the universe.
We all use to be one, but we quite literally split apart into individual souls to experience the universe from different perspectives because being one with peace and harmony is BORING! Some may enjoy that, but not everyone. Even if it meant some of us will experience extreme pain, slavery, suffering, and torture. We could've chosen to create a universe where our nature is to be "good" where conflict dosent exist but then we'd strip ourselves of free will. Living without free will is no different than being an AI robot.
Hypocrisy is unavoidable unless you give up all and any ego and become a blank slate being but thats not what everyone wants to become because it will lead to unbearable boredom at the end for many if not all.
In other realms, planets, universes, things are flipped. Good is "bad" and "Bad" is good. On another planet slavery would be the norm, the enslaved group accepts their existence and purpose of being slaves and their is no conflict over it.
I use to think demons were "evil" until you realize that they think the same of us. To them we are nothing more than physical and energetical food, the same way we view animals.
When a powerful Culture, race, country, conquer a "lesser" one for their resources, most would consider that to be "evil" but really if you see things from their perspective, they have their own way of living, want to sustain that way of living, and conquering the "lesser" beings gives them the ability to do so. The "lesser" beings must either fight for their freedom, give in and assimilate with the more powerful beings if allowed, or be annihilated. However, that makes the more powerful beings hypocrites as they'll label the "lesser" beings as cockroaches, trash, and dehumanize them as much as possible to justify their actions.
Same reason many people will kill insects in their homes or living space. They're ugly, disgusting creatures existing within your presence and you have the power to take away their existence without any repercussion. Why waste time trying to capture a fly, mosquito, cockroach, spider and release it outside when you can just kill it without punishment?
Of course, that makes us hypocrites because we the powerful "beings" just took the lives of others which would be against the law in our own society which would call for jailing and even death, but to ignore the hypocrisy we must "justify" our actions by dehumanizing the "lesser" beings.
Obviously, so that the world doesn't fall into pure chaos, structure has to exist because if anyone was allowed to do anything without punishment we would all die out very quickly, but at the same time to keep our own worldview, purpose, and existence intact we must ignore the moral codes within our own groups when viewing others and dehumanize the "lesser" ones so that we can take from the "lesser" groups to keep our purpose from being destroyed.
Good and evil is myth. Theirs only "My purpose" and the opposing purpose of other beings, and the stronger purpose is what wins and continues the existence of their purpose.
Forget achieving oneness and unity, even many of the souls that achieved this COME BACK TO EARTH or other planets/universes eventually because ONENESS IS BORING. Conflict is necessary because everything runs on polarity in a universe of free will. Cold cant exist without hot, winners cant exist without losers, attractive cant exist without ugly etc.
The Spiritual goal should be to strive towards being a Mastered Individual, escape the reincarnation trap, and create your own universe with your own laws and physics or explore literally anything or any universe you want. Anything you can think of, any idea, all thoughts, all "fictional content" they all exist.
