Facetune 2 is great, I use it for all my morphs.
It is only for IOS I believe.

Photoshop liquify tool did not detect a face when I tried. That is how subhuman I am. More akin to a Picasso painting than a human being.

What do you do different ?

I usually start off by using the “reshape” tool in order to improve their facial structure, ratios and/or features (eyebrows, lips, nose, ears) once that’s done I use the “retouch” feature to improve their skin by smoothing it out, hiding wrinkles, adding a glow & vibrance for better coloring and some other stuff.
I then use the paint feature in order to darken their eyebrows, hair and/or beard if I think that’ll improve their face. That’s usually it.

Yeah, eye areas are always a pain to alter.
If the person’s eye area is already good I can usually improve their face a lot better. Take this picture of my old classmate for example. I never sent him this morph I made in fear he might rope.
