I’m 15 years old 175cm and I’m wondering what I should be focusing on improving, also ignore my hair I’m recovering from alopecia areata, my hair should be at 100% regrowth by January to March of next year.

I wouldn’t say I’m “cheek-biting” necessarily but I do suck them in slightly naturally for some reason, as for my skin I do only use a cleanser as of now but I was using adapolene before it made my skin fucking burn every day and it didn’t really help after 3 months of usage. My hair of course now I can’t really grow on the sides due to my condition but slowly but surely it’s returning and I should be able to grow my hair out within like 6 months, anyway appreciate the advice bro!

Yeah, I’m most likely going to buzz once my sides start coming in so I could just have a fresh restart.
