A bare minimum base is 3 PSL at worst. A decent one would be 4 to 4.5 PSL.

It’s totally subjective and based on the individuals funds and willingness to undergo procedures.

Example: if you have a very narrow IPD, technically you don’t have a good base, andfor a while it’s just been accepted that there’s nothing you can do about it, because the procedure to fix it, OBO, is invasive, risky, and we didn’t know of surgeons who would ever take on non-deformed patients for it. The reality is I know of 2-3 doctors who would in fact operate OBO on cosmetic cases, and 2 of them happen to be among the most experienced craniofacial (not just maxillofacial) surgeons in the world. The problem? Cost. As well as the patient actually being willing to undergo something that invasive in the first place. But if you have the money, as well as the willpower, even something considered a death sentence for a looksmaxing base can be addressed. The problem is not even 1% of looksmaxers likely fall into this category.

Yeah I meant narrower than that, or someone who doesn’t have nice eyes (good PFL, good medial canthus, nice lashes) and also has narrow IPD.
