Good bimax candidate

They were pretty skeptical of me trying to get bimax for cosmetic reasons only but agreed to a sleep apnea study. Any way to fake this or make sure I get insurance covered bimax?
Its hard to make sure but eat a lot, and sleep with head upright. Benzo makes it better and put something in the nose so its blocked and sleep none elevated. Maybe even with head below your stomach height

So if your recession is causing breathing issues, or you have an issue with your bite, then it's very likely insurance will cover it. When it comes to what to tell a dentist, I'd honestly just ask plainly if he/she thinks you're a good candidate for jaw surgery given that your chin is pulled a bit back
Just an update, I am getting a sleep study done in 2 weeks to see if I get insurance covered for bimax. If I don’t get it covered, I talked to my parents and they will let me get a genioplasty (I have 4k saved up and am getting a job as a lifeguard).

Can I get genie done first then bimax because of the price
Yes you can, but I don't think it's smart, just wait until you can do both of em together and save yourself extra suffering and recovery time

Nice, honestly hope the sleep study goes WRONG so you get the bimax, good luck on that.
