Hey everyone. I'd like to get some opinions on whether a bimax may be worth it for me. I don't have any functional issues that I know of. I've already consulted with a double board certified surgeon (facial cosmetic & oral and maxillofacial), and he gave me a simulation of his recommended movements that I'll attach here. It's about 11.5mm total bottom jaw pogonion (including 2mm genio) and 6mm upper jaw movement with 2mm impaction to account for a CCW rotation.
1. Opinions on amount of movement? Is it too much or too little?
2. Opinions on whether this will give me a significant enough change to warrant the price?
