Before you get buccal fat removal, make sure you emphasize to your surgeon that you want all of the fat pad removed from the cheek area.
Otherwise the result will be subpar. I got it too and tbh my result mogs all of the ones below. My surgeon told me that she always removes all of the fat, which is nice. She did a really good job.
