Sup today ima give you guys my bulking guide which i used to gain 12kg in 2 MONTHS.

Mk 677
This is gonna give you a crazy appetite boost, pretty sure it boost the gherling hormone (the appetise hormone) making you eat more.
Also boost gh igf-1 and may improve sleep quality and recovery.

Creatine
Basically just creatine helps water to stay in muscles may help you lift a bit more.

Melatonin
Good for deep sleep and recovery which you diffently need when bulking.

yk-11
It lowers a protein which limits your body from growing (myostatin) increases strength and builds more muscles in general.

This is not inccluding the diet which i cba to name (just eat wtv you want)

mk-677 is also shit but might help if you can't eat at all
