Why have igf 1 here but no hgh

I’m pretty sure taking hgh stimulates the liver to produce igf1 which is what grows bones, whereas if your taking igf1 it’s self it has a more direct effect, I could be wrong
also it’s much easier to buy igf1 on peptides sites that are 100%legit rather than some underground source selling hgh that could or could not be legit

HGH makes your pituitary gland produce igf1 and I might be wrong but hgh can make more igf1 than you can inject
