Nizoral or Regenepure work for most people.

I was looking into nizoral and it seems decent aside from all the other extra ingredients used for its intended purpose of fighting dandruff or fungus or whatever it was

2% nizoral.

what other ingredients? Nizoral shampoo is marketed as an anti fungal but the ingredient that does that, ketoconazole, is also the one that blocks DHT.

Honestly, the shampoos really don't do anything if you're trying to stop legitimate hair loss. If you apply them while taking a shower, then you're definitely not gonna give it enough time to be absorbed. But if you insist, regenepure is better quality, but expensive. If you're not gonna be using it everyday (I recommend 2x a week), then nizoral may be the way to go, but have a good leave in conditioner / hair wax / hair oil to apply after, cuz your hair will look shitty. I like dax pomade

I think most of those are just normal inactive ingredients used in shampoos like foaming agents and preservatives. But like the other guys said any ketoconazole shampoo will dry the hell out of your hair so try and limit it to 2x week and leave it in your hair for ~5min before washing it out.

They won’t stop aggressive hair loss, but if you have mild to low DHT sensitivity, they’ll keep the reaper at bay. I hardly shed any hair when I shower now. Regenepure is better than nizoral because it’s a higher quality shampoo and won’t make your hair look like shit

Shampoos are almost useless for hairloss. Minoxodil, ru58841,finasteride(oral or topical or both to block most scalp dht) and microneedling combo are best
