i wanna try sort of a carnivore diet just mixed in with some fruits lmk any tips please

morning tea - 250g mince beef cooked in raw unsalted butter with 4 egg yolks and a serving of raw pineapple



lunch - 250g mince beef cooked in raw unsalted butter with 4 egg yolks, a serving of raw dates with raw unsalted butter inside and a dash of raw unheated honey



drink - fresh coconut water/raw pomegranate juice/raw milk



home snack - 100g raw liver w raw cream



dinner - 4 raw eggs, raw milk, 300g muscle meat

moment u taste raw liver u will continue eating goyslop so id advise eating whatever u want as long as it doesnt have alot of antnutritions and u hit every micronutrition

i don’t even own tiktok dawg i dmor and would way rather be eating this then the half slop i eat rn
 
moment u taste raw liver u will continue eating goyslop so id advise eating whatever u want as long as it doesnt have alot of antnutritions and u hit every micronutrition

to be healthy? health indicators as my gut doesn’t respond well to what i eat currently shown by my acne. and for cognitive effects like clearing brain fog and improving sleep

aajonus promotes blood does he not? ik he doesn’t drink water but besides that not 100% knowledgeable
 
ive never seen aajonus promote drinking blood (might be wrong) but he promotes drinking different liquids like clay water and drinking vegetable juices for detox. his main choice of liquid was obviously the raw milk that he loved

Fruit juice is not a good way to digest, eat real fruit
