I’m recovering from breaking my arm and my doctor told me I can lift dumbbells what’s a good routine

Every muscle more focused on a v taper
dumbbell rows for back
behind back tricep extension tricep
lateral raise for shoulders
seated and standing curl for bicep
squat with dumbbell in hand for leg’s
shrugs for traps
