Good excuses for surgery

Bimax you can say it was for health related reasons and LL you can just lie about getting a late growth spurt but for some shit like eye lightening surgery how do you explain your eyes going from shitstain brown to blue.

IMO if you do anything as intense as Bimax or LL people will know regardless of what you say. Unless you are like 19 or younger and can justify that you are still growing or face is still forming or mewing or something.

I'm getting eyelid surgery done in 2 weeks and I already have my story prepared along... how I got into a Car Crash on my Ski trip and had to be rushed to the hospital for Concussion, Orbital Fractures...etc and had emergency surgery.

For other surgeries, like Rhino I would say I got into fight and broke my nose and had to get it repaired.

If it's something like Chin, or Jawline Filler you should disappear from friends for a few months and lose a bunch of weight - that way you have a plausible story that you had good bone structure hiding underneath all that fat.

Microblading eyebrows - just go with minoxidil or Castor Oil. Normies won't know the difference.

Yeah I think Hair Transplant is the most acceptable "plastic surgery" for Men to get. I doubt anyone gives you shit for that, even girls. So no reason to lie about it

What's the point of lying if they see the scars anyways. Saying it was a "car accident"? That's dumb tbh... If they have an IQ higher than a golden fish, they will realize not only that you did cosmetic surgery, but also that you have the audacity to lie in their face. No one likes it.

I think i will just ignore questions. But if they still ask, will tell them that i did plastic surgery without details.

I think it’s better to lie about your reason for the surgery then to lie about getting the surgery at all. Other people will respect you less if you outright told them you got a surgery for cosmetic reasons, and tbh the best thing to do is to have a simple answer and to not delve into your reasons because you don’t want anyone to dwell on the fact that you’ve had surgery.
