Does anyone here know any good subtances/solutions like volufiline that can cause lipogenesis(fat generation) to occur in localized areas?

Rosiglitazone and pioglitazone are the most legit but i doubt you can get them, they are so good that they took them off the market because patients complained on obesity risk from too much fat. Others cbd, a-linolenic acid(in low dose), lecithin(probably), fish oil may but most likely it replaces old fat with new fat than adding new fat. Anything what increases ppar-gamma will increase fat storage

I forgot. If u are on caloric surplus and put cold ice locally then body will transport there fat but as i said only works if u are in surplus otherwise you will just burn existing fat

How would you apply pioglitazone? Do you create a topical solution from pioglitazone pills, or is it possible to buy it in liquid form?

pioglitazone is small molecule so it can easily be absorbed by skin but you can only buy pills so preparation is needed

What kind of preparation? Do you smash the pills and dissolve them in water or something

Do you think these can work?
What ratio of "solution" like sterile saline solution and pioglitazone powder (smashed pills) do you think is optimal? Like 1 pill per tbs or more / less?

I have been watching videos and posts on reddit and apparently it works, I might give it a try
report back after you tried it

How would you apply it if you actually had a source.Would try to make a topical solution of it.

these are tablets, the initial ingredients he mentioned anyway, but i'd avoid them due to them being prescription and having potential side effects. try some of the other things mentioned in the thread, or the other ingredients mentioned by the poster if you like them after further research

interesting, do you mean PPARy agonists orally ot as skincare product applied directly to the skin topical area ?

I don't even know if such skincare products exist, rosiglitazone is oral drug.

The research I've looked at has shown PPARy agonists topically a the method which works. You just have to figure out which products then work best through those agonists.

Try volufiline first for this method. Linolenic acids are also worth a try. Avoid the glitazones he mentioned as they carry risks and are drug products.
