good forward growth and wide jaw but a narrow palate

not me im a recessedcel but i saw a guy like this, it doesnt make sense to me, i thought having those two features would automatically mean you have a wide palate

they dont. you can have good bones but 6 teeth smile. i have this but my lip width is good so its not a failo. infact imo the fact my palate is narrower gives my zygos more lateral depth as if the smile was wider buccal fat pad would sit further out
