In Germany you can get your Surgeries paid if you are a candidate for the Surgeries

A medical bimax will be very dissapointing
Its not necessarily a medical Bimax it depends on what you want but in order to operate on you you need to be a medical candidate so he can looksmax you

a bimax is literally a medical procedure and the result ONLY depends on your surgeon if he knows what hes doing and what movements you need

Its a medical procedure but not always done for medical reasons, even if youre a candidate you wont get more than what the surgeon belives to be necessary, the more advancement you get the more risk, like stability or jaw function. No surgeon, good or bad in a place like this will take that risk no matter if its only a bit of extra risk or a lot because their job is to make sure you can breathe properly, not to make you a mogger

This would be like breaking your leg and expecting them to leave room between the pices of bone when adding a screw so youll get taller

Thanks for all the answers. I would have the surgery anyway, it’s something I have to do, and it’s covered by our health insurance. I’m not looking for implants or anything too extreme—I don’t want to “looksmax” aggressively. I’m thinking maybe just a CCW plus Lefort 1. The Lefort 1 will be done anyway, and I think there are definitely surgeons here in Germany who focus a bit more on aesthetics, which is why I’m asking. I’m also willing to pay some out of pocket. By the way, what was the name of the surgeon who had good reviews on ACS?

Yes could be but i have to do it also health related and it’s covered by insurance here in Germany so I just try to get the best out of my situation
