Good gym routines for only having a bench and dumbells?

thats all you need tbh. i have a few extras to make things easier but thats all you need fr. try to implement calisthenics to your workouts, helps a lot. dont forget hypertrophy

I will be practicing situps pushups squats and pullups/chinups dailu
What is hypertrophy?
 
yes + do pullups

i also recommend to do flat benchpress or dumbell press first get it to a decent number then you can variate

I only own 10lbs dumbells, 15 was too hard but 10’s are too easy (yes ik im pathetic)
I will try 10’s for a couple of weeks, then i will cop those adjustable dumbells

if i was a beginner again i would bp and do maybe pullups 3-4x/ a week get it to like 250 w bit of isolation on the sides

as good as you are progressing it doesnt matter how weak you are

bench press , and isolation means exercises that only targed one muscle groups

i wasted ton of time by doing cuck isolations for years and i havent advanced in compund movements so i remained beta cuckcel

Legit. Compound movements is a must for everyone especially weak cuck noobs.
OHPs, squats, deadlifts, pull-ups giga mog muh bicep curls

these exercises like sqats,deadlifts,bench press etc are the building block of your phyisique

if you arent strong in these ones you likely gonna be small

stronglifts 5x5 and eating a lot made me gain loads when i was beginner

Isolation exercises are still great for aesthetics imo. You’re never gonna get capped delts by just doing starting strength

Too expensive
costs like a couple hundred dollars at most for a lot of weight - if u cant get that then u have more to worry about than gym

I will have to do more research but i will prob end up buying one tbh, also adjustable dumbells
 
get the neck curls in too
