You gotta make a hole so the fridge can ventilate properly

give it room, it will suck in warm air which cools worse and wosre, and keep your room at no more than 20°C
thermoelectric is okay but not optimial, most peps will last at 10C as well, but more complex onces like hgh will get fucked
