Good idea to temporarily use eye liner to paint the temple points/sides of your hair? If u lost some

This dude uses eyeliner to cover his Norwood.



But say you have curly long hair like the dude in the pic, but you lost some of the sides(circled in red) could you just use that eyeliner to give you back your sides? If you have curly hair and shorter sides etc

I forgot what they call em so il just call em sides

usually when my hair grows out it covers it but when it’s short maybe I could use this trick?

You can already buy stuff like that which is designed to be used for the miniaturized hairs anyway, I guess using cheap $1 eyeliner will be cheaper if you're a poorcel tho.
