How you looked before you ever touched a weight . I was super small narrow clavicles with zero muscle mass and a lot of body fat and almost no existing strenght and no endurance.

Underrated pill. I have a theory that you can only increase your strength/size to a multiple of your truly untrained strength/size and where you start is the biggest predictor of where you’ll finish.

I benched 15kg for 1 rep including the bar the first time. So my genetics for this are wretched. After 10 years and a steroid cycle I only can bench 100kg for 1 rep.

i remember that i struggled to bench the bar alone (20 kg) when i first started to train at 15 or 16 but also i was weighing like 50-55 kg

I was a fat fuck at 95kg of pure fat, I don’t even have that excuse. I was 18 or 19 I think.
