That's very good. Thing about intermittent fasting is it's not sustainable for most people but it's great as a diet regimen.

Have you thought about a plan as to how you're going to maintain the lower weight? (I assume you want to have a lower weight long-term)

Through long runs through the city and resistance training maybe.

Along with the diet I posted

Similar to what I am doing except I am eating carbs and having my first meal at around 4 in the afternoon.

I lost over 40 lbs last year following CICO (calories-in, calories-out). It's really not difficult. Not sure why our society needs to come up with weird meme diets.

Very good diet and routine honestly. Due to my assignments I never have time to to exercise as I am either sleeping, studying, or coping. But i probably could do better tbh. Your diet mogs mine. Mine is one boiled egg in the morning, with some chicken and rice in afternoon and evening. Rarely I eat fast food goyslop and I'll usually snack in between mealtimes with some peanuts and almonds. Shit diet but have lost 23 pounds in two months from 200pounds and haven't exercised at all.

Honestly depressionmaxxing makes leanmaxxing so easy because I never feel like eating and my body has gotten used to the pain.

You can lose weight eating processed garbage. Just don't eat too much of it. Restaurant food is especially calorie dense.
On Saturday I had a "cheat day" where I ended up eating 3,240+ calories.
I had a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap that was 530 calories and 24g protein for lunch.
Then I had a medium pumpkin spice iced capp after that was 530 calories by itself (lmfao!) and only 4g of protein.
I had a Halloween Kit-Kat chocolate (63 cal 0.66g protein) my friend gave me.
Then for dinner I had a quarter pounder burger with cheese and bacon with olives, jalapenos, onions, relish, burger sauce and garlic mayo sauce. With medium french fries, a medium root beer and a cherry turnover. My entire dinner was 1,507 calories, 32.3g protein.
I'm a gymcel so I can afford to eat like that once in awhile. But if you eat like that every day and you don't lift, you're gonna be a fat fuck sure.

My macros for that day
Fat: 140.7g (39% calories from fat)
Carbs: 383.9g (46% calories from carbs)
Protein: 124.8g (15% calories from protein)

Only 46% of my calories came from carbs, 39% came from fat. One gram of fat is worth 9 calories. One gram of carbs is worth 4 calories. I don't know who put it in your head that carbs make you fat. Junk food is usually high in both fat and carbs. And tends to be low-ish in protein.

I eat junk food and some healthy food as much as I want it balances out though because I forget to eat a lot of the time
