I had an accident at home and had to have surgery on my jaw.

I'm going to have surgery on my jaw due to poor dental treatment. I got an infection from a molar extraction and they have to repair the bone.

I fell while climbing and they had to reconstruct my jaw.

I got into a fight and they broke my jaw.

It depends on what hardmaxxes. Something like bimax can be excused as “muh sleep apnea” “fixing your teeth” or even something like “mewing” Buccal fat removal is the easiest li.
Rhinoplasty on the other hand is almost an impossible lie though.

theres no lies for rhino? Not even sleep apnea? My face got hit with a brick? I got hawk nose rhino is pretty much a necessity if I want to fix my convexity.
