You're wrong, it has nothing to be with just being inherently Good Looking.
The thing is good looking people get treated much much better by society, have much more positive experiences with people, friends, partners, which leads them to "be nicer" and "have a better personality" than an ugly guy shunned and outcasted by society from a young age, with mostly if not ONLY negative experiences with other people, which would make him "not nice" and a "bad person" and hateful towards that same society and people that treated him like less than a human.

Also there is no good and bad, niceness and kindness are only survival mechanisms
