These two factors are often correlated but not necessarily. The charisma aspect is the look that makes people want to be around you, befriend you, feel comfortable in your presence. It's possible for a guy to be ugly in terms of sexual attractiveness but still have a charismatic face. On the other hand a guy can be decent looking but have a low charisma face.
Examples:
Low attractiveness High charisma face
Decent attractiveness Low charisma
The second guy would obviously have more success in a night club. But without having a charismatic face it would be harder to build a social circle because people don't feel good being around someone with low charisma. I've known guys who this forum would consider ugly but they have very charismatic faces which grants them access to a big social circle and they get laid from it.
