I've never fully read a manga start to finish so I'd like some good recs

stuff I've read past anime adaptation: JJK, Blue lock, Demon Slayer
stuff I've tried: Usogui (only 1 chapter not my type of story but it was alr like a 7/10)
will try: Gantz

give me action and entertaining mangas with good writing
