I’m at my grandmas right now, I can never sleep there. The bedding is so hot and the rooms are really stuffy. I do hate trying to sleep in the summer

no just my sleep issues. every time i lay into bed my brain plays bad memories..
i miss the love i had and the night i fell asleep with her.. so do i often think about how im failing
life and in general negative thoughts that keep me awake
