You should ideally take a pic with your back camera, from 6-8 feet away, camera held up at eye level. If you have a separate zoom lens on your phone cam, then zoom in 1.25-1.5x

Look into using a sulfate-free shampoo and experiment with how often you shampoo in a week.

Grow your hair out along the sides and maybe look into wearing glasses to fraud a better FWHR

Train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw + get down to 10-12% body fat.

That's 'bout all the advice I got. Hope it helped.
