My parents are not necessarily the tallest, 6’0 and 5’6 although my grandparents were 6’2 and 6’4-6’5 BUT when I was 16 I was like 6-6’1 and a year later I’m 6’3 which is pretty good considerad at that age. What I want you to do is train at least one time per day, take ashwagandha, eat a lot of protein rich foods and sleep nothing less than 9 hours per day, have good posture, i bought one of those posture corrector things and i think it has helped. Go to your local doctor and see if you have stomach worms and if you have any vitamin deficiency because you need all the nutrients you can get. And please dont stay up after midnight I know it’s hard but it’s important, the main reason of teenagers not growing “enough” is because they sleep way too little and only eat crap with no proteins. That’s pretty much it good luck bro
