I was doom maxing today, 1 month since I started doing well, I failed and ate some goyslop feel like shit.
Decided to measure my height, I was 169.0 barely now I am about 170, not exactly but close to it, some mesuring and time.
I've gained 1cm, age 18.2
Might not be over
