Good nootropics/beta blockers for inhib

I’m getting a job soon and have extremely high social inhibition to the point where I can’t even leave my house. I’m looking into nootropics and beta blockers that would help me be able to work/interact with normies without being a complete autist. Which ones would you guys recommend for a teen that aren’t extremely hard to get? My doctor prescribed me 40 mg of propranolol a couple months ago but it had no effect on my social interactions so I quit taking it.

like if u feel more low inhib during that time u will automatically experience it and incoporate it in ur daily life

i barely take it and not spam it
i feel wayyy more lower inhib nowadays due to some other reasons too but i feel like feeling the way u are on pregab helps in daily life

When I was in Mexico you could buy it over the counter super cheap at pharmacies and I bout 90x150mg capsules and was just slammed for a week straight.

Higher doses are excellent

You could try wellbutrin or bromantane in addition to other suggestions
